We Are Here to Help

Web and Email Support

Email research.computing@yale.edu to open a ticket and receive timely assistance. Please share detailed information about your problem, code examples, and screenshots to help us address your research computing questions and issues most effectively. 

Office Hours

If you have a quick question or need help troubleshooting an issue, we invite you to join our virtual Office Hours on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., where we offer assistance on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment is necessary.
