HPC Cluster Account Requests

Need a New Account?

Yale research scientists may request access to our computing resources. This is the place to start if you do not currently have an account. PI approval is required to create accounts for non-PI users.

Need to Make a Change?

If you are currently using our computing resources but are moving to a new lab, need access to data owned by a different research group, or need an account on an additional cluster, you are at the right place.

Guidance and Troubleshooting Issues

Getting Started?

Our Team maintains robust GitHub-based documentation and written guides to help users navigate Yale’s computing resources, software, tools, and more.

Having Trouble Logging in?

We have written a step-by-step guide to help users work through the common issues they face when logging into the Yale computing resources.

Software or Tools Questions?

We offer documentation to help users navigate the commonly used software, which is conveniently pre-installed on our computing clusters.
