Data Analysis Tools for Python

Python has emerged as a powerful programming language for data analysis and scientific computing. This workshop is a two-hour intermediate course on Python with specific emphasis on data analysis. Data Analysis with Python will be taught by the YCRC’s Kaylea Nelson, Ph.D., Senior Computational Research Support Analyst.

This bootcamp will cover using the popular libraries Numpy, Pandas and Matplotlib for:

• Data cleaning
• Data processing
• Manipulating and visualizing data

Familiarity with Python is a prerequisite for this workshop.
