Dear YCRC Community,
Consistent with University guidance in response to COVID-19, the Yale Center for Research Computing will support both remote working arrangements where possible and social distancing practices.
In efforts to do so, and subject to further University guidance, the support office hours and workshops will be held remotely, and the building will be locked through at least Sunday, April 5, 2020.
Research support staff will be available online during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm), however, we ask that you either contact a staff member individually via email to set up a virtual appointment, or email us at research.computing@yale.edu with details about your request and we will have one of our staff members reach out to you. Alternatively, you can post your questions about the clusters on our new Q&A platform, ask.cyberinfrastructure.org/c/yale, and receive answers from YCRC staff (and your peers).
We will now be using Zoom to conduct all upcoming workshops, and links will be distributed to registrants the day before each individual workshop. For additional information and to register for a virtual workshop, please see our calendar: research.computing.yale.edu/calendar
