Genome-wide Association Study for Pancreatic Cancer in Jewish Subjects
Jews have been found to have a higher risk of pancreatic cancer compared to non-Jewish whites. Our research explored a genetic basis for this higher risk.
Introduction to Open OnDemand (online)
This one-hour workshop is an introductory course on productive use of Open OnDemand (OOD) for High Performance Computing. This course is taught by YCRC research support staff and will cover the following, all through OOD:
- Command-line shell access
- File management
- Interactive server and GUI applications
- Job management and monitoring
Introduction to Open OnDemand (OOD)
Open OnDemand (OOD) is browser-based High Performance Computing (HPC) portal. OOD is the easiest way to access HPC resources that were once only available via the command line.
Introduction to High Performance Computing (online)
This workshop is a two-hour introductory course on using Yale’s High Performance Computing (HPC) resources and covers the basics including:
- Accessing the HPC clusters
- Running batch jobs
- Accessing and managing files
- Basic parallel computing
