Having trouble running R scripts on your computer? Does the slow speed and the fear of overwhelming your computer keep you from doing your analyses? We are here to help! You can easily run memory & computation-intensive analyses on RStudio on Yale High Performace Computing clusters. Register and participate in this virtual session to learn how to:
- use GUI such as MobaXterm & OOD to access & work in the cluster
- start an interactive session with RStudio/Desktop and set them up for personal/unique use
- allocate the right number of hours and computing power (node/CPU/GPU)
